Information we collect
When you submit a walkthrough or quote request we store the name, company, email address, phone number, facility details and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and the date and time of your request.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare an accurate scope and quote, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and whether a form was submitted or a phone number tapped. It does not receive the contents of your message.
How long we keep it
Requests are retained while we are in contact with you and for our business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised Blue Collar Cleaning Co. staff can view them.
