Defining 'white space'
White space refers to the active raised-floor area where IT equipment lives — server racks, network cabinets, PDUs, and the immediate infrastructure serving them. It is distinct from gray space (mechanical, electrical, UPS rooms), brown space (loading, storage), and administrative areas. White space carries the strictest cleanliness, ESD, and access requirements in the facility.
Zoning model we follow on every engagement
- ✓Zone 1 — White space: HEPA H14, ESD-safe, particulate log every visit
- ✓Zone 2 — Corridors & MEP: HEPA H13, standard PPE, weekly cadence
- ✓Zone 3 — Staging & vestibule: pre-clean tools here, don PPE
- ✓Zone 4 — Loading dock & office: standard commercial cleaning
Every cart, vacuum, and wipe used in Zone 1 is dedicated and stored in the vestibule. No cardboard, no packaging, no shared consumables.

Weekly light-touch service plus quarterly deep cleaning is typical for high-density suites. Enterprise data halls often run bi-weekly with semi-annual deep cycles.

No. Every task in our standard scope is performed live.
Can you support 24/7 change windows?
Yes — nights, weekends, holidays, and coordinated with your change management system.
